Many years ago at a cocktail party in New York City I had an enlightening conversation with a fellow guest, a surgeon. I was curious to know what it was like to have his job, doing such challenging work day after day. As the surgeon talked openly about his fascinating world, one piece of information stood out.The surgeon said he could always tell (on the day the operation) if a patient was well prepared—emotionally and psychologically as well as physically—for the procedure. Patients like this, he said, helped him do his best work. With this advice in mind, I have prepped many people (including myself) for surgery. Using energy medicine (and physical work if applicable), my goal is to empower you to co-create a successful outcome.

During your session we will:
